How can I permanently delete my account and data?

We're sorry to see you go! To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please go to your account page and navigate to Account → Delete Account .

Upon confirming the deletion, your account and all related data will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible, so please make sure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Please note that for operational and legal reasons, your data may take up to 30 days to be fully deleted from all our backup systems. Your encrypted uploads will not be accessible during this period.
