Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the aero.zip website (the "Service") operated by Nesisuksi-negyvensi MB ("us", "we", or "our").

The Service is an encrypted file sending platform that allows users to upload, encrypt, and share files with others.

You are solely responsible for the data and files you upload, share, or otherwise transmit through the Service ("User Content"). You assume all risks associated with your User Content, including anyone's reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in your User Content that makes you personally identifiable.

We are not responsible or liable for any User Content. We do not endorse and have no control over User Content. You agree that you will not use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or transmitting any files containing viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service, including the removal of any user accounts and/or uploaded content, immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Nesisuksi-negyvensi MB does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We are not responsible for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Service, or any content, including but not limited to downloading files that may contain viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nesisuksi-negyvensi MB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
